FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Clara Aurel
Clara founded the studio in 2018 after a decade as an interior designer frustrated by the gap between what was available and what clients actually needed.
LEAD FURNITURE DESIGNER
Marcus Webb
Marcus trained as a cabinetmaker in Bristol before moving into furniture design. He joined Aurel House in 2019 and translates Clara's proportional sketches into working prototypes.
MATERIALS & SOURCING DIRECTOR
Saoirse Lund
Saoirse manages every supplier relationship and travels regularly to visit the mills, quarries, and weavers we work with. She joined from the textile industry in 2020
PRODUCTION & CRAFT LEAD
Daniel Pryce
Daniel runs the workshop and oversees all production. He manages the relationship between the studio's small production runs and the craftspeople.
CLIENT EXPERIENCE DIRECTOR
Mei Takahashi
Mei guides clients through the entire process — from the first showroom visit to delivery day. She has a background in architecture and brings a rare ability to understand clients
SHOWROOM & INTERIOR LEAD
Saoirse Lund
Theo curates the showroom and manages its ongoing visual narrative. He is responsible for how pieces are presented, composed, and how the space evolves across seasons.
CRAFT
We hire slowly and keep people for a long time.
